About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant & Video Editor to help grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming raw footage into engaging content, writing compelling captions, and building online communities.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to create content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube while helping optimize performance and engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Write compelling captions and optimize content using SEO best practices.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews.
- Engage with followers and related online communities through comments and direct messages to increase visibility and encourage meaningful conversations.
- Track content performance and identify trends to improve engagement and growth.
- Assist with content planning, brainstorming, and trend research.
- Support newsletters and website blog updates when needed.
- Support AI and content optimization initiatives to improve online visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing skills.
- Proficiency with CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Understanding of SEO and social media best practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools and content optimization is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate while working remotely.
- Interest in health, wellness, and educational content is a plus.
