Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: Flexible, with availability for client meetings during standard U.S. business hours

About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a wellness and medical clinic with marketing, social media, website updates, and content creation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and update WordPress website content.
  • Assist with Instagram and social media posting.
  • Edit videos for marketing and educational content.
  • Create branded graphics and marketing materials in Canva.
  • Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) tasks and campaigns.
  • Create and send newsletters.
  • Send bi-monthly text message campaigns.
  • Use AI tools like Claude to assist with content creation.
  • Organize client-provided content and turn it into polished, branded materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with social media management.
  • Graphic design experience, especially using Canva.
  • Video editing skills.
  • WordPress experience.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to take raw content and make it visually appealing.

  • Power backup (UPS, generator, or laptop battery) to prevent interruptions during outages
