About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, patient-focused Virtual Assistant to support a U.S. chiropractic practice. You’ll help keep billing, insurance, schedules, and patient communication running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Verify insurance and assist with billing and care plans.
- Map out patient schedules and keep records accurate.
- Respond to patient texts and basic questions.
- Make patient calls and complete follow-ups.
- Assist with personal injury cases and other administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous insurance verification experience and a strong administrative background.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm, professional phone manner.
- Confidence communicating with patients by phone and text.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks.

- Stable internet connection (100 Mbps+ upload/download) with a backup option (mobile hotspot or secondary provider) in case of outages
- Noise-canceling headset
- Built-in or HD external webcam
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Power backup (UPS, generator, or laptop battery) to prevent interruptions during outages
