Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: USA – Eastern Time (ET)

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Manila, PH Time: Tuesday – Saturday: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to support a healthcare clinic remotely. This role focuses primarily on patient communication and front-desk support, helping create a positive experience for every patient while keeping daily operations organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow up with new leads and schedule appointments.
  • Communicate with patients through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with general inquiries.
  • Confirm appointments and complete patient follow-ups.
  • Support insurance verifications and basic account tasks (training provided).
  • Assist with documentation and posting EOBs when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills with clear, professional English.
  • Pleasant phone presence and confidence speaking with patients.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare support, or sales is preferred.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using web-based systems and learning new tools.
  • Positive, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset.
  • Dependable and able to follow processes consistently.

  • Stable internet connection (100 Mbps+ upload/download) with a backup option (mobile hotspot or secondary provider) in case of outages
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • Built-in or HD external webcam
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • Power backup (UPS, generator, or laptop battery) to prevent interruptions during outages
