Job Type: Part-Time (35 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: (USA – Arizona Time)

  • Thursday – Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Manila, PH Time: Thursday – Monday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

About the Role

We’re seeking a high-energy Virtual Assistant to support patient communication, lead management, and daily administrative operations for healthcare clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, excels at follow-up, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist patients professionally.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospective patients.
  • Respond to phone, text, email, and social media messages.
  • Schedule appointments and support patient engagement efforts.
  • Update spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with CRM management and data entry.
  • Provide excellent service to both new and existing patients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service, administrative, or healthcare support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-up activities consistently.
  • Positive attitude with a patient-focused approach.
  • Comfortable using web-based tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
