About the Role
We’re seeking a bilingual Virtual Assistant to support a busy healthcare team remotely. This role focuses on patient communication, appointment scheduling, and lead follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
- Manage leads through GoHighLevel (GHL), including adding notes.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Provide clear, helpful information to patients and potential patients.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish and English required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using web-based tools and updating notes accurately.
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with patients.
