About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and dependable Video Editor & Social Media Manager to transform raw footage, podcast recordings, and graphics into polished, publication-ready content.
This is primarily a video editing role, with additional responsibilities in graphic design and social media content production. You’ll initially focus on editing and execution, then gradually learn the brand’s style and contribute ideas that improve engagement and content quality.
What You’ll Do
- Edit educational videos, patient testimonials, and full podcast episodes.
- Turn long-form content into engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, and podcast clips.
- Add captions, branding, graphics, music, and transitions.
- Create supporting social media graphics and content.
- Organize media files and maintain a clear content library.
- Complete projects on schedule and implement revisions accurately.
- Assist with posting content through GoHighLevel (training provided).
- Suggest creative improvements as you become familiar with the brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong video editing experience and a portfolio of relevant work.
- Experience creating engaging short-form social media videos.
- Graphic design and social media content production skills.
- Strong attention to pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual details.
- Creative, organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and completing revisions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is helpful but not required.
- Experience editing healthcare, wellness, educational, or podcast content is a plus.

- Power backup (UPS, generator, or laptop battery) to prevent interruptions during outages
