Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: (USA – Central Time)

  • Monday – Friday: 4 hours/day
  • Shift Option 1: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Shift Option 2: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

(Manila, PH Time: Monday – Friday: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM (PHT) Or Tuesday – Saturday: 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM (PHT))

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing healthcare team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, insurance-related tasks, patient communication, and keeping operations organized behind the scenes. You’ll play an important part in helping the team stay efficient while creating a smooth experience for patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with prior authorizations.
  • Generate superbills and help maintain accurate billing-related records.
  • Audit and reconcile patient accounts with strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure cash payments are accurately tracked and processed.
  • Update patient metrics, including new patients and re-signs.
  • Monitor the texting platform and respond to messages professionally and promptly.
  • Handle patient calls as needed, return voicemails, and help cover phones when the team is unavailable.
  • Follow up on PI cases and support general administrative workflows.
  • Provide reliable office support to help daily operations run smoothly.
