Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Compensation: $4-$6 USD/hour (based on performance) + 13th Month Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM (USA – Eastern Time)
Manila, PH Time: Tuesday–Saturday: 3:00 AM–7:00 AM during U.S. daylight saving time / 4:00 AM–8:00 AM during U.S. standard time.
About the Role
Are you confident on the phone and great at building connections? We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to reconnect with patients, follow up with interested leads, and turn conversations into scheduled appointments. Your warm, professional approach will help patients take the next step toward their health and wellness goals.
What You’ll Do
- Reconnect with patients: Call inactive patients to encourage them to return and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads: Contact new and existing leads interested in services such as shockwave therapy and spinal decompression, manage ongoing follow-ups, and turn inquiries into scheduled visits.
- Manage scheduling and records: Book appointments, schedule recommended follow-up visits, and maintain accurate patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations: Contact medical offices and other prospective organizations to arrange educational presentations, coordinate dates, and handle follow-up communications.
- Support care plan documentation: Prepare and update patient care plans based on instructions from the clinical team.
- Follow up on outstanding balances: Contact patients about past-due accounts and assist with payment collection follow-ups according to established policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English, clear pronunciation, and a confident phone presence.
- Previous customer service experience; healthcare support, appointment setting, or sales experience is a plus.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and following up consistently.
- Friendly and personable, with strong rapport-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using EHR systems and online tools.
- Reliable availability for the full schedule and a professional approach to patient confidentiality.
