Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + 13th Month Pay

Schedule: (USA – Central Standard Time)

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 30-minute break)

(Manila, PH Time: Monday – Friday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced healthcare practice. This role is focused on lead management, patient communication, and appointment setting. You’ll play a key role in helping potential patients take the next step toward care by guiding them through the process with empathy and confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for new leads through phone, text, and email.
  • Follow up with prospective patients and nurture leads consistently.
  • Schedule appointments and guide patients through the next steps.
  • Manage and track leads using CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and leads.
  • Assist with tracking KPIs and basic performance metrics.
  • Provide a supportive and reassuring experience for patients, especially those in pain.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or lead management roles (required).
  • Medical background (required).
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident, and friendly phone presence.
  • Empathetic and patient-focused, with the ability to connect with individuals in discomfort.
  • Driven and persistent, able to guide patients toward booking appointments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus, but not required.

  • Power backup (UPS, generator, or laptop battery) to prevent interruptions during outages
