- Must be available to attend strategy meetings during U.S. Central business hours. Outside of meetings, you may set your own work schedule.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help grow and maintain our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, video editing, graphic design, and building engaging social media experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and create content that informs, inspires, and attracts new audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Create graphics, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain content calendars.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Create blogs and email newsletters using AI-assisted tools.
- Monitor direct messages and basic engagement.
- Support online brand awareness and community growth.
- Use Canva, AI tools, and marketing platforms to create content.

- Power backup (UPS, generator, or laptop battery) to prevent interruptions during outages
